'Spitaki' is a lovely, old Captain's house in Aghios Nikolaos, Mani, Peloponnese, Greece

where the weather is usually excellent (by UK standards!) from May until September and still good with the sea warm enough to swim until December. 

Situated in a tranquil fishing village  within short and easy walking distance of sea, tavernas and shop

 It has been renovated to a high standard and fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.  Small private garden with sun and shade. 

Large bedroom ensuite, sitting room, large kitchen/dining room and separate shower suite on the ground floor.
